Wilfred Harvey Dugan was born September 16, 1912. He was the son of Isaac Edward Dugan and Helen Marie (Brown) Dugan. He went to be with the Lord on November 8, 2009. Wilfred was born and reared in the rural Montrose community. He was a member of the Montrose Methodist-Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He married Frances Maxine (Moss) Dugan on December 7, 1946. He was always active in numerous community activities, serving and chairing many boards and committees throughout his life.
Wilfred farmed with his brother Ed since the death of their father in 1935. He especially loved good cattle and good horses. Wilfred always sought to make the world better for everyone.
Wilfred is survived by his wife Frances Maxine (Moss) Dugan; his brother Martin Edward Dugan; son James Wilfred Dugan and Brenda; grandsons Clayton, Morgan, and Ross Dugan; two step-grandsons Adam and Alex Cunningham; and eight great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren
