Theresa R. Spillman, 92, was born September 13, 1922 in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Harry F. Sr. and Anna Elizabeth (Brown) Allen. She was the wife of the late Charles Spillman, formerly of Appleton City, Missouri.

Theresa had lived in Clinton, Missouri and most recently resided at Sylvia Thompson Residence Center in Sedalia, Missouri.

Mrs. Spillman passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015 at the residence center. Her wishes were to be cremated and have a private family inurnment at the Englewood Cemetery in Clinton, Missouri where her husband is buried.
