Teresa Lee was born July 7, 1963 in Kansas City, Missouri to Leota and Shelby Glenn Cannon, the fifth of five children.  She lived in Kansas City, Missouri and Memphis, Tennessee before her family moved to Montrose, Missouri to be close to her grandmother, Lorraine.

Teresa was very personable and made friends easily.  She adapted and thrived in small town life.  Teresa loved to laugh.  She found humor in every situation and loved to laugh and make others laugh in the process.  Family was very important to Teresa.  She loved spending time with her family and getting to know her nieces and nephews, but most important to her, was the love she had for her son, Lucas.

Teresa graduated from Montrose High School in 1982, then went on to procure her cosmetology degree.  She worked with several local salons, most recently at Snip and Clip in Warrensburg.

Teresa was predeceased by her father Shelby Glenn Cannon, her grandmother Lorraine Coots, her grandparents Shelby and Arbie Cannon, an uncle Harold Galloway, a sister Jeannie Perkins, a nephew Logan Cannon, and a niece Lily Maguire.

She leaves behind her son, Lucas, a stepson Chris, her mother and father Lee and Ludger Goth, her brothers Tad (Jane), Jerry (Carla), Walter, her sister Tracy (Jamil) Noble, nieces, nephews and many friends.
