Rose M. Niemann, the youngest of nine children born to Carl and Louisa (Blomenkamp) Niemann, came into this world August 22, 1913 west of Appleton City, Missouri. She departed this life March 1, 2007 at Ellett Memorial Hospital in Appleton City at the age of 93 years.
Rose was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Appleton City where she remained a faithful member throughout her life.
She attended Brush College in Bates County, Missouri and continued living with her parents and caring for them until their deaths. She then moved to Appleton City and was employed for many years at Ellett Memorial Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Will, Henry, John, Otto, Clara, Bertha, Minnie and Emma.
She is survived by one sister-in-law Marie Niemann, eight nephews and nine nieces, also many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was a kind, loving and helpful aunt who will be sadly missed.
