The FUNERAL SERVICE for Robert will be held at Hill and Son Funeral Home in Appleton City, Missouri on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.

The MINISTER will be Reverend Mark Wilkerson.

VISITATION will be held at Hill and Son Funeral Home on Saturday, July 27, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

INTERMENT will be in Montrose Cemetery, Montrose, Missouri.

The family suggest that a MEMORIAL contribution can be made to A. C. Landmarks Restoration.

Robert Dean Morris, son of Russell W. and Bertha G. (Nivens) Morris was born February 18, 1958 in Appleton City, Missouri. He passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013 in Appleton City at the age of 55.

Robert moved to Texas in the 80's and lived there for a few years while working as a mechanic for a freight company in Houston. He met his first wife, Sherrie while there and they later married. After moving back to Appleton City, Sherrie passed away in December of 1995. Since moving back to Appleton City, Robert has worked for several trucking companies as an over the road driver.

Robert met his current wife, Becky while she was working with Sherrie. On April 3, 1997, Becky and Robert were married and in October of 1998, their son, Russell was born.

Robert loved spending time with his family, especially with his son, Russell. They enjoyed watching wrestling, drag racing and John Wayne movies. He also enjoyed fishing and working on cars. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Conley Brewer, Willard Brewer, Clinton "Eddie" Morris and his first wife, Sherrie Morris.

Surviving Robert are: his wife, Becky of the home; son, Russell Morris also of the home; step-sons, Westley Davis and Kenneth Davis; sister, Glenda Brewer, Appleton City; brothers, Ross Morris (Carol), Rockville, Missouri, Lance Morris (Marie), Arlington, Tennessee and Rex Morris (Janice), Arlington, Tennessee.
