The family will be having a graveside service for Rita and Tony beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Appleton City Cemetery on October 3, 2020.

Rita K. Sieleman passed away peacefully on July 10, 2020 at her home in Appleton City surrounded by her daughters and husband.

Rita was born on July 2, 1950 in Appleton City, MO to Chelsey Otto and Ada "Bernice" (Chiles) Loney. She graduated from Appleton City High School in 1968. Soon after, she married the love of her life, Anthony Sieleman, on September 21, 1968. To this union four children were born: Candace, Mindy, Terry, and Toni Nicole.

Rita held several jobs throughout her life. Many in which she formed life-long friendships. Rita loved her children and grandchildren deeply. Many times, she could be found sitting around the kitchen table visiting with family and friends while having a cold one.

Rita was preceded in death by her daughter Toni Nicole, her parents Chelsey and Bernice, and three brothers: Leroy, Bill, and Robert Loney.  She was survived by her husband Tony, three children: Candace, Mindy, and Terry; eleven grandchildren: Brett Evans, Briana Siebert, Dray and McKenna Schenker, Tyler and Makenzie Foley, Haylee, Kaden, Londyn, Bradli, and Lacy Sieleman; five great-grandchildren; and her brother Randy Loney.

Rita has been and will always be deeply missed.
