Michele Ann Creasy, daughter of Lawrence Farris and Betty Jean Jones, was born December 18, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She passed away unexpectedly at her home in rural Appleton City, Missouri October 3, 2008.
Michele was raised in the state of Kentucky and lived in Kansas City for 21 years. She moved with her children to Appleton City seven years ago where she had taken the position as Housekeeping Supervisor at the Appleton City Manor Nursing Home. She was the president of the nursing home employees' council and also very active in creating an uplifting environment for the residents there.
Michele had a lot of friends and was loved by the many people she came in contact with through her job and social activities. She enjoyed her pets, going fishing and camping.
Preceding Michele in death were her parents and her fiancé Les Belke. Survivors include her four children, Billie Jean Creasy and Peter Creasy both of Appleton City, Missouri, Julie Spenneberg and Shannon Jouett both of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, one sister Candy Jones of Dry Ridge, Kentucky and six grandchildren.
