The family of Mark D. Rotert will hold a memorial service October 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Montrose, Missouri. They suggest any donations in his memory be given to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or St. Mary's School in Montrose.

Mark David Rotert, 45, of Montrose, Missouri, was born April 9, 1969. He passed from this life on Monday, October 6, 2014. He was born in Clinton, Missouri and was the youngest of nine children born to Everett W. and Ruth E. (Schnoebelen) Rotert.

Mark attended St. Mary's Catholic School and Montrose R-IX High School. He enjoyed fishing and camping, and loved cars, motorcycles and classic rock music. He was an accomplished mechanic.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, Everett Rotert.

Mark is survived by his son, Garrett Rotert, Lenexa, Kansas; mother, Ruth Rotert, Montrose, Missouri; brothers: Roger Rotert, Nevada, Missouri, Ronald Rotert, Appleton City, Missouri, Duane Rotert and Jenay, Montrose, Missouri and Kevin Rotert and Karen, Liberty, Missouri; sisters: Linda Rotert and John, Grand Junction, Colorado, Denise Rotert and Terry, Independence, Missouri, Phyllis Gardner and Ryan, Lone Jack, Missouri and Donna Bauerle and Mark, Cleveland, Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mark will be greatly missed by all.
