Marjorie Maxine Hart, the daughter of Scott Lewis and Grace Mae (Underwood) Richardson, was born in Ohio, Missouri on March 1, 1923. She passed away at Westwood Nursing Center in Clinton, Missouri on July 18, 2007 at the age of 84 years.
Marjorie lived all of her life in the Ohio, Appleton City and Montrose communities and was a member of the Ohio Christian Church. She was united in marriage to Roy Alvin "Dick" Hart on September 2, 1950. To this union two sons were born. Marjorie was always very helpful in community activities whenever she could be of assistance and made sure her sons also participated in all of those activities. During the time when Dick ran the Hart Body Shop she worked with him as bookkeeper. She was also an assistant Cub Scout leader for several years. Marjorie enjoyed crafts, her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a sister Nola Henselman and her husband James. She is survived by her two sons, Alvin L and wife Malissa of Marietta, Georgia and Duane K. Hart of Montrose, Missouri, a brother-in-law Arthur L. Hart of Grand Junction, Colorado, several nieces and nephews.
She will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
