Obituary

The Funeral Service for Joseph will be held at Hill & Son Funeral Home (213 W. 6th Street).  The First Baptist Church (303 5th Street south of the funeral home) will also live stream the service and provide overflow seating, or accommodate those who might be more comfortable at the church, for whatever reason.  With the upsurge of Covid in our school and community it would be appreciated if masks were worn at the funeral home and the church.

FUNERAL SERVICE will be held for Joseph Gurley on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Hill & Son Funeral Home, Appleton City, MO.  Overflow seating for livestream of the service at First Baptist Church.

VISITATION will precede the service from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

OFFICIATING at the service will be Rev. Linda Wansing.

BURIAL will follow the service in Lowry City Cemetery.

The family requests any MEMORIAL donations be given to a family love fund and may be left at the funeral home.

Joseph M. Gurley, the son of Jeramie and Jennifer Gurley, was born on October 6, 2003, in Warrensburg, Missouri.  He entered into eternal rest on November 3, 2021, at the age of eighteen.
