John Younce, Sr.'s Obituary
VISITATION will be Friday, May 13, 2016 at Hill and Son Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. - NOON prior to the service.
INTERMENT will be in Appleton City Cemetery, Appleton City, Missouri.
John Oliver Younce, Sr., son of Bruce and Beatrice Younce, was born on June 12, 1949 in Holden Missouri. John and Virginia raised three children Jenny, Johnny, and Timmy Younce. He was a hard working concrete finisher all his life.
John captivated every one with his life stories and jokes. Everyone enjoyed his company.
He loved camping, fishing, mushroom hunting, and painting, but he loved his family and friends most of all!
He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia; parents Bruce and Beatrice; sisters Janice and Nancy Younce.
John is survived by his daughter Jenny Younce; sons Johnny Younce and Timothy Younce; four grand-children, Robert, Tobey, Shelby, and Brittany; one great-grandchild Robert, Jr.; four brothers: Steve, Ricky, Raymond and Griggie; one sister Debra Younce and a host of nieces and nephews, and many lifelong friends!!!
