James Sanders Clark was born February 24, 1947 in Washington, D.C., the son of Charles and Mary Frances (Williamson) Clark.  He departed this life November 2, 2019 at Appleton City Manor Nursing home at 72 years of age.  Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, "Lucky" Lose.  He is survived by one brother, David Clark of Foster, Missouri.

No public service is planned.  Mr. Clark's wishes were to be buried in Virginia.
