Herbert W. "Herbie" Holloway, Jr., 44, former resident of Clinton, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2007 in Springfield, Missouri.
Herbie was born May 9, 1962 in Clinton, Missouri, the son of Herbert Woodrow Holloway, Sr. and Gwendolyn Viola (Rotert) Holloway.
Mr. Holloway had served his country in the Army. He was currently living and working as a cook in a restaurant in Springfield, Missouri. He loved cooking and owned and operated his own restaurant, Herb's Deluxe in Clinton, Missouri part of his life.
Herbie was a very loving and caring person, and a loving father. He was always a friendly person, trying to help others and had friends everywhere.
He was preceded in death by his mother and a granddaughter, Eden Holloway-Cole. He is survived by his two daughters, Rachel and Amber Holloway of Belton, Missouri; his father, Herbert W. Holloway, Sr. of Naples, Florida; two sisters, Christine Kinkead of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Deborah Holloway of Springfield, Missouri; and his maternal grandmother, Marcella Rotert of Appleton City, Missouri.
