Dolly Carol Culver, the daughter of Clyde and Odetta (McMurphy) Neal, was born on September 23, 1939 in Henry County, Missouri. She passed away at Ellett memorial Hospital in Appleton City, Missouri on April 24, 2008 at the age of 68 years.
Dolly lived most of her life in the Henry County, Missouri area where she worked for Calhoun Hatchery, the meat locker in Montrose, Ted Conrad Agency, City of Montrose and the Truman Lake Water District.
She was united in marriage to Floyd Culver on June 1, 1968 in Montrose, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Mary Doll and Wanda Helm, and a brother, Bud Neal. She is survived by her husband Floyd Culver of Montrose, Missouri, a son Tim Culver and wife Deborah, and one granddaughter Megan Culver, all of Montrose, Missouri. Step-grandchildren James Iliff Jr. of Clinton, Missouri, Christina Powers of Emma, Missouri, Betty Hursman of Sweet Springs, Missouri and Jennifer Foose of Emma, Missouri, and numerous step-great grandchildren.
Dolly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed bowling, bingo and was well known around Montrose as a friend and source of information.
