A MEMORIAL FUNERAL MASS
for Carol will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Clinton, Missouri on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
CELEBRANTS will be Father Xavier Nacke OSB and Monsignor Bradley Offutt .
VISITATION will be held at the church preceding the service between 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
INURNMENT will be held at St. Ludger's Cemetery in Germantown, MO following the service.
The family suggests MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS be made to Conception Abbey or for funeral masses.
Carol Ann Kubajak, 56, was born November 3, 1958 in Fulton, Missouri the daughter of Mary E. (Rotert) and the late Thomas E.J. Kubajak. She departed this life April 20, 2015 at her home in Oakdale, Minnesota.
Carol was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Frank and Evelyn Rotert and Thomas, Sr. and Mary V. Kubajak. She is survived by her mother Mary E. Kubajak of Clinton, Missouri and a brother, Brother Jacob Kubajak OSB of Conception, Missouri.
