Buster Jones, Jr. died peacefully at his home on March 9, 2010 after a sudden illness. Mr. Jones was born on June 9, 1926 in Osceola, Missouri, to Bus and Helen (Greenfield) Jones.
Buster married Betty Ann Lucas of Clinton, Missouri on July 13, 1946.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents and two brothers, Jack and Claude Jones.
Buster is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Combs and husband Earl of Appleton City, Missouri; three sons, Michael Jones and wife Marcy of Independence, Missouri, David Jones and wife Bonnie of Clinton, Missouri, and Stephen Jones of Harrisonville, Missouri; two granddaughters, Jennifer Anderson and husband Robert of Kansas City, Kansas, Jody Jordan and husband Nathan of Lee's Summit, Missouri; three great-granddaughters, Katelin, Kylei, and Sarah Anderson of Kansas City, Kansas; one brother, Richard Jones and wife Donna of Clinton, Missouri, and numerous nieces and nephews.
