A Graveside Memorial Service is planned for Adam beginning at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 7, 2021 at St. Ludger's Cemetery in Germantown, Missouri. Pastor Creighton Cox will officiate.

There will also be a Celebration of Life for Adam held on June 19, 2021 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Lone Jack Civic Center (509 S. Bynum Rd., Lone Jack, Missouri)

Adam Jacob Holmgren was born June 12, 1986 in Hastings, MN and passed away on April 15, 2021 in Oroville, CA at the age of 34. Most of his school years were spent in the Lone Jack C-6 school district graduating in May 2005.
Adam was a bit of a wanderer after graduating high school finally settling in California in 2015. He most enjoyed was spending time with his children, family, and friends. Adam was described by one of his friends as having a heart of gold and always looking for the best in people. That is a perfect description of Adam!
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Everett Rotert and Russell Gardner, his uncles Chris Holmgren, Ronald Rotert, and Mark Rotert.
Adam is survived by his brother, Leroy Holmgren of Lone Jack, MO, his son, Mark Holmgren of Excelsior Springs, MO, his daughter, Reagen Holmgren of Maryville, CA, his parents, Ryan and Phyllis Gardner of Lone Jack, MO, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Adam has a large extended family and dear friends both in Missouri and California who love him and will miss him greatly.
